For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.

Please be advised that international deliveries may be subject to customs charges and delays. Please ensure a valid recipient telephone number is supplied, to avoid further delays. The number may be required by local customs and delivery agents.

> Refund Policy
It is the policy of RE LASAGNA by La Renoir di Argini Gilberto to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 20 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.

To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange or refund, personalised items, special orders, food items or items worn on the body including shirt and others. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete, including electrical accessories and manuals where applicable.

If a manufacturing fault occurs with your product we will always honour the manufacturer’s guarantee period and will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. Please see individual products for details.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

In the event that any item is unavailable, RE LASAGNA by La Renoir di Argini Gilberto reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. The hampers and gift boxes photographed contain only the items listed.
