Thanks to our Packet, the recipe for making the vegan lasagna is simple. In every vegan lasagna packet you’ll find:
1 single-use, mono-material Tray made of biodegradable, compostable and recyclable material BIOPAP®.
100 gr. (3,53 oz.) Organic, dry semolina pasta for lasagna (6 sheets).
150 ml. (5,30 oz.) Béchamel U.H.T. in glass jar.
250 gr. (8,82 oz.) Seitan sauce “RE LASAGNA® exclusive recipe.”
Vegan Lasagnas: let’s put them in the oven
The procedure for completing the recipe is fast and easy:
Open the packet, get a baking dish for the oven, grease it with a little bit of oil and béchamel, place the first sheet (layer of pasta), pour the béchamel and seitan sauce over the pasta, cover it again with another sheet and repeat the process.
Cover the last layer of pasta with the béchamel sauce. Place your BIO-Vegan Lasagna in a preheated oven at 180/200°C for at least 30 minutes and occasionally check how the cooking is coming along.
