Re Lasagna ospite su TRC TV

Domenica 15 novembre 2015 Gilberto Argini aka Re Lasagna e’ stato ospite nella trasmissione di Giorgia Tisselli Essere Benessere su TRC TV, trasmissione molto seguita sul canale 15 digitale terrestre; insieme abbiamo parlato di lasagne si, ma di quelle vegan!!!
E’ stato un piacere condividere la mia esperienza di lasagne nel bauletto e spiegare esattamente che il bauletto e’ frutto della mia esperienza di chef e con grande soddisfazione e’ un prodotto che vendo in tutto il mondo.
All’interno ho voluto mettere gli ingredienti migliori sul mercato, senza badar spese e i frutti si sono raccolti. L’esperienza della lasagna vegan e’ realizzata in sinergia con Francesco Scanagatta, titolare MediterraneaBio, che fin dall’inizio si e’ reso molto disponibile per supportare questa mia nuova idea.

Giorgia Tisselli e’ andata a fondo con le sue domande.. L’esperienza di uno “CHEF” bolognese e’ stata molto importante nel cercare di centrare come gusto e sapore un ragu’ classico bolognese ma privo di proteine animali, quindi un ragu’ di setina e alla fine posso dire di aver ottenuto un ottimo prodotto. Piu’ difficile il lavoro con la besciamella di soia anche se il gusto e il sapore e’ come lo volevo io. Il tutto e’ senza conservanti ne’ coloranti e questo va detto e sottolineato. Ringrazio le persone che mi hanno seguito e che hanno condiviso in modo simpatico le foto sui nostri social network.

Sunday 15 november 2015Gilberto Argini aka the ‘King of the Lasagna’ was a guest on the TV program of Giorgia Tisselli Essere Benessere on TRC TV, a popular program on digital canale 15. Together we spoke about lasagna, but the ‘vegan’ version. It was a pleasure to share my experience with lasagna in a box and have the chance to explain my experience as a chef with this great product that I now sell worldwide. Inside, I wanted to put together a combination of the best ingredients on the market without it having to cost an arm and a leg, yet still retaining the quality. The experience with vegan lasagna is an effort made with Francesco Scanagatta, who is the owner of MediterraneaBio who from the beginning was very helpful and supporting my new idea.

Giorgia Tisselli than continued to the end with her questions. As a ‘CHEF’ famous for Bolognese, it was extremely important to get the perfect flavor for the classic bolognese sauce, but without any animal protein. So we made a special ragu of seitan, which was a hit and which is how got such a fantastic product. I will say that it was more difficult to work with a besciamella made of soy even if the taste was how I wanted. Everything here is without preservatives or colorants and this is also worth underlining to the public.
